Mikha González is an accomplished Information Systems Engineer with over 18 years of experience delivering automation, AI, and process improvement solutions across industries including banking, media, technology, electronics, business law, and automotive. He is recognized for leading hyperautomation and RPA initiatives from process discovery to deployment, consistently achieving measurable efficiency gains and aligning solutions with organizational goals.

Proficient in multiple RPA platforms, Mikha holds advanced certifications including UiPath Advanced Developer and Scrum Master Professional Certified (SMPC), along with specialized credentials in AI, agentic automation, and machine learning. He consistently directs projects and oversees programs with a strong focus on process improvement, component reusability, and accurate process development estimation. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, building scalable automation architectures, and integrating solutions with APIs and AI services.
